History
Originally designed by famed Architect Murray Dixon & built in 1941, the Caribbean Hotel was once one of the hotspots for the rich & famous who frequented Miami Beach during the days of the sexy "Rat Pack". This Historic oceanfront landmark has undergone a complete restoration to recapture the glamour of a bygone era as a new, upscale condominium. The existing 6-story tower, houses 35 ultra luxury units and is now called The North Tower .
